Shipping policy

We usually ship with DHL (and their local service partners).

For Germany, we use ‘DHL Paket national’ and for other countries, we use ‘DHL Paket international’.

Processing your order usually takes 3-5 working days + the shipping time specified below.

Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties upon import, which are to be borne by the customer. Please contact your service provider for further information.

For products that are not in stock, please note the production time until the product can be delivered.

Due to our small business status in accordance with § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it.
